Do you ship to another country or overseas?
 
We will be happy to ship to any international destination.When you place an order we will then weigh the package,and then total the order ,then your credit card will be charged the total cost including shipping charges.
 
What is your exchange/return policy?
You are assured that all of our items are brand new and have never been used previously.Due to  health concerns for you and your pet we cannot accept returns on bedding and carriers.If items ordered don't meet your expectation,simple return the merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 10 days of receipt for full exchange or credit.Credits are good for one year from date of purchase.
 
 
Please note:
We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 10 days,has been used,or is not in its original new condition.
 
What is your shipping/delivery time?
Our shipping/delivery time for items in stock is approximatley 48 hours.Please note that some      oversized items may take longer,and that some items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.In order to offer our wide selection of merchandise may of our items are shipped from two different warehouses.Some orders may take the full 14 days for delivery.
 
What is your method of shipping?
We usually ship via UPS Ground service fully insured(domestic),or USPS (international).We ask  that our customers provide shipping addresses that can accept Fed EX and UPS shipments.We will ship via the US Postal Service to a P.O Box upon request but may take additional time in transit.
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are based on UPS ground service charge.International orders are shipped based on weight and size to your country.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We believe that using PayPal insures that your information will be kept safe and they (paypal) can accept debit ,credit cards and also checking account  payments.
Can I place my order by mail?
We accept mail orders paid with a personal check or money order.When sending us your order,be sure to print a copy of your order which will include all product information for you.These orders will be shipped when your check  has cleared.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Pedigree Petbeds strives to ship orders as promptly as possible.If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed. Please E-mail your cancellation request or order change to customerservise@pedigreepetbeds.com
